Timely Exhortation

Kitty, a Chinese student at the Youth House, was full of the enthusiasm of new Christian life. Having drunk deeply from the wells of God’s love, she now exhorted our small fellowship group to love and look out for one another.
We were about to lose our Youth House leader, Caroline Ringrose, and one of our Thai student workers had just left suddenly and I for one was feeling daunted by the prospect of being the only foreigner and having new and greater responsibilities. Kitty’s words that night brought it home to me – God was still with us, and as His family we were going to stick together. My heart was encouraged and lifted. - Thank God that He is here and ask Him to continue to strengthen and help us and give us love for one another.
