Roommate in Texas
Andrew came to Thailand as a Serve Asia Volunteer during his summer break from Texas A & M University. It wasn’t his first time, as he has a love for the Thai people. At the school where he was teaching English in Central Thailand, he met “A”, an assistant in the Foreign Language Department. “A” has a Thai friend named Pit who was just assigned housing for the Fall term at Texas A & M, where he will complete his Ph.D. Pit asked his friend “A”, “I know you have some Americans teaching at your school, do you, by any chance, know anyone named Andrew? He’s going to be my roommate next year.” Yes, Serve Asia Volunteer Andrew will be Pit’s roommate in Texas this school year! (from Serve Asia Coordinators)
- Pray that Pit will be open to hearing the gospel
- Pray that Pit will have time, despite a heavy study load, to attend a Christian fellowship group
- Pray that Andrew will grow to full maturity in his faith
