Internal Communications - Audio Visual Coordinator , Singapore

The Internal Communications Audio Visual (IC-AV) position works alongside the Internal Communications Coordinator role with a specific focus on audio visual and web-based communication. Together the two roles are responsible for the development and maintenance of a coordinated communication strategy within OMF. The AV position may also include the opportunity for involvement in video production with OMF’s International Media Group.
Main areas of work will include:
Audio Visual Productions
Working with the Internal Communications Coordinator, in:
- Producing Fellowship Video, a quarterly video report for the OMF community.
- Producing strategic themed videos on specific aspects of OMF which might be of use to the larger Fellowship community.
- Producing strategic ‘ambush’ video interviews of OMF members passing through Singapore.
AV Equipment
The IC-AV is responsible for AV equipment held by the Mobilization Department.
International Media Related Opportunities
The IC-AV may also have opportunities to work with the International Media team in the following ways:
- Provide support for video production trips in Asia.
- Assist in media training programs for OMF members
For how long?
Minimum commitment of one to two years.
Experience/ Qualifications
Relevant qualifications and/or working experience in video production.
